Enrol on the Human Performance Pathway for the Energy Sector (Energy Institute) :
Select LEVEL 2. This Level teaches how to manage human factors more broadly. Learners will need to use ‘intermediate’ level tools and techniques and will review their organisation’s current practices and policies more broadly.
STEP 3 : WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Applicable to HSEQ Leaders and SMS Leaders
Integrate HP investigation process and HP tools from levels 1 and 2 into your management system:
- Investigations policy and procedure
- Templates, and reports
- Training for investigators, managers and supervisors
- Demonstrate evidence of systematic application of the advanced HP tools
- Quality review process
