Olav Skår

Olav SkarOlav Skår was appointed Director of Health, Safety Security and Wells activities with the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers in August 2019.

He is seconded from Shell where he has enjoyed many international positions supporting and leading Wells activities. Olav is currently on the Board of the Well Control Institute, chairs the Joint Industry Project 37 in relation to helicopter safety and is proud to serve as Visiting Professor with Robert Gordon University.
