Chris Parker
Christopher Parker has been a leader in the application of Human Factors (HF), Human Performance, and related disciplines for almost 25 years.
With wide-ranging industry experience from NASA, energy, defense, rail, mining, and maritime combined with his subject matter depth in the integration of HP in design, operations, and incident investigations represents his mastery in the discipline.
He also mentored, built, and led teams of Human Factors specialists and managed large multi-disciplinary projects.
He spearheaded many HP industry initiatives and authored numerous publications and standards on the subject. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics and actively advises academic programs and technical associations. He is currently the Human Performance Lead Advisor for BP’s Global Wells Organization.
