An outline for a basic Well Operations Crew Resource Management (WOCRM) training syllabus.

This report is the result of a project undertaken by the University of Aberdeen on behalf of OGP. Its aim was to develop a recommended syllabus for Crew Resource Management (CRM) training customised to the needs of Well operations teams (i.e. performing Drilling, Completion, Intervention & Work-over operations).
