HP Capability Development
Organizational Human Performance capability refers to the organizations ability to reduce risk and manage effectiveness by implementing HP tools and concepts. Achieving this capability requires various individuals and roles possessing the knowledge of a range of HP topics and skills to apply it in the real world.
This capability should be centred around expert resources supported by individuals throughout the organization with HP knowledge and skills relevant to their scope of influence.
